If your deposit has not appeared in your Amulets account, follow the steps below to identify the most common causes and what to do next.
Step 1 — Check the Asset and Network
Confirm that you sent a supported asset using the same network selected in the Amulets app.
Supported combinations include:
- Solana: USDT, USDC and SOL
- Ethereum: USDT, USDC and ETH
- Polygon: USDT0 and USDC
- Base: USDT, USDC and ETH
- BNB Chain (BSC): USDT, USDC and BNB
- Bitcoin: BTC
- Stellar: USDC and XLM
Always use the asset and network options currently displayed in the Amulets app.
Sending an unsupported asset or using an incompatible network may result in the deposit not being credited and could lead to irreversible loss of funds.
Step 2 — Check the Minimum Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the asset and network.
Check the Amulets fees and limits overview for the current minimum applicable to your deposit.
Deposits below the applicable minimum may not be credited.
Step 3 — Check the Transaction Status
Use the appropriate blockchain explorer for the network you selected and verify:
- The transaction status is successful.
- The destination address matches your Amulets deposit address.
- The asset and network match what you selected in the Amulets app.
- The transaction has completed the validation or finality requirements of the selected network.
Validation and processing times vary between networks and may also be affected by network congestion.
If you deposited via Stellar
Confirm that the network selected in the sending wallet or exchange was Stellar and that you used the deposit option shown in Amulets:
- Memo required: confirm that both the classic Stellar address and the correct memo were used.
- Muxed: confirm that the Muxed address was used without a separate memo.
If a required memo was missing or incorrect, or if the deposit details did not match the option displayed in the app, the deposit may not be credited automatically.
Contact Amulets Support and provide the transaction hash and any available proof of the transaction so the deposit can be reviewed.
Step 4 — Common Reasons a Deposit May Not Arrive
A deposit may be delayed or not credited because of:
- The transaction is still awaiting network validation or processing.
- Network congestion.
- Slow withdrawal processing by the sending wallet or exchange.
- An unsupported asset or network was used.
- The asset was sent on a network different from the one selected in Amulets.
- The deposit address was entered incorrectly.
- The amount was below the applicable minimum deposit.
- Additional security or compliance review is required.
Step 5 — What You Should Do Next
If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but the funds have not appeared in your Amulets account, gather the following information:
- Asset
- Amount
- Transaction hash (TXID)
- Network used
- Amulets deposit address
- Time the transaction was sent
- Screenshot of the transaction details, if available
