If your deposit hasn’t appeared in your Amulets Account yet, follow the steps below to identify the most common causes and what to do next.
Check the Network You Used
Amulets currently supports deposits on the following networks only:
- USDT on Solana (SPL)
- USDC on Solana (SPL)
- USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20)
- USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20)
- USDT0 on Pol (ERC-20)
- USDC on Pol (ERC-20)
- Native Solana (Solana)
- Native ETH (Ethereum)
- Native BNB (Binance Smart Chain)
- USDT on BSC (BEPP-20)
- USDC on BSC (BEP-20)
- Native ETH (Base)
- USDT on Base (ERC-20)
- USDC on Base(ERC-20)
If your deposit was sent from another network (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.), it will not be credited automatically. Because these networks are not supported, the funds may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
Check the Transaction Status
Go to the blockchain explorer you used (for example, Solscan) and verify the following details:
- Status: Success or still pending
- Confirmations: Solana transactions usually complete within 5–20 seconds
- Destination address: Must match your Amulets deposit address
If the transaction is still processing, it will appear in your account once confirmations are completed.
Common Reasons for Delays
- Network congestion on Solana
- Using an exchange with slower withdrawal processing
- Missing SOL in the sender wallet (can cause failed or stuck transactions)
- Typo or incorrect deposit address
- Sending the wrong token standard (for example, ERC-20 USDT)
What You Should Do Next
If the transaction shows Success on Solana but hasn’t appeared in Amulets, please gather the following information so our team can investigate:
- Transaction hash (TXID)
- Network used
- Screenshot of the deposit (if possible)
- Your Amulets wallet address
