How to Deposit
- Open the Amulets app.
- Select the asset you want to deposit.
- Tap ADD.
- Select the network you want to use.
- Copy your Amulets deposit address.
- In the wallet or exchange you are sending from, select the same asset and network.
- Enter your Amulets deposit address and confirm the transfer.
Depositing via Stellar
Stellar deposits require both the deposit address and the memo shown in the Amulets app.
The Stellar address starts with G and is shared across Amulets users. The memo is what identifies the deposit with your Amulets account, and your memo remains the same.
Always copy both exactly as displayed in the app.
If the wallet or exchange you are sending from does not support a memo, tag, MEMO_ID, or equivalent identification field, do not send the transaction via Stellar.
Amulets does not support Stellar addresses starting with M.
If the memo is missing or incorrect, the deposit cannot be credited automatically. Contact Amulets Support and provide the transaction hash and any available proof so the deposit can be reviewed and manually credited.
Always make sure the asset and network selected in the sending wallet exactly match the asset and network shown in Amulets.
Sending an unsupported asset or using an incompatible network may result in the deposit not being credited and could lead to loss of funds.
Network Fees
The wallet or exchange you are sending from may require the native asset of the selected network to pay blockchain transaction fees.
For example:
- Solana transactions generally require SOL.
- Ethereum and Base transactions generally require ETH.
- Polygon transactions generally require POL.
- BNB Chain transactions generally require BNB.
- Bitcoin transaction fees are deducted according to the sending wallet or exchange's fee mechanism.
These network fees are determined by the blockchain and/or the service you are sending from and may vary depending on network conditions.
Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts vary by asset and network.
Before sending funds, check the Amulets fees and limits overview for the current minimum deposit amount applicable to your transaction.
