• Why Is My Deposit Pending?

If your deposit is showing as Pending, don’t worry — this is normal and usually resolves quickly. Deposits may take extra time due to blockchain confirmations, network congestion, or automated security checks.

Step 1

Blockchain Confirmations

Every crypto deposit must be confirmed on the blockchain before it becomes available in your Amulets wallet.

  • USDT (Solana SPL) typically confirms in 5–20 seconds
  • USDC (Solana SPL) typically confirms in 5–20 seconds
  • SOL usually confirms in 2–10 seconds
  • ETH usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
  • USDC (ERC-20) usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
  • USDT (ERC-20) usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
  • BNB usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
  • USDC (BEP-20) usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
  • USDT (BEP-20) usually confirms in 5-10 minutes
     

Your deposit will only appear once the transaction reaches the required confirmation threshold.

Step 2

Network Congestion

During periods of high activity on the Solana network:

  • Confirmations may take longer than usual
  • The status may remain Pending for several minutes
  • Deposits are processed automatically once the network stabilizes

This is expected behavior and does not require any action on your part.

Step 3

KYT (Transaction Monitoring) Checks

For your security and compliance with global regulations, every deposit passes through KYT screening (Know Your Transaction).

A deposit may remain pending if:

  • The transaction is being reviewed for unusual patterns
  • The sending wallet shows risk indicators
  • Additional verification is required

Most checks clear automatically within seconds, but in rare cases it may take longer.

Step 4

When Should You Contact Support?

You should contact support only if your deposit has been pending for more than 15 minutes.

Before reaching out, confirm that you used:

  • The correct Solana (SPL) network for USDT
  • A valid Amulets deposit address
  • A supported wallet or exchange
