Before You Send Your Deposit
Review the information below carefully before sending funds to Amulets. Using an unsupported asset, network, or incorrect address may result in your deposit not being credited and could lead to irreversible loss of funds.
Step 1 — Confirm the Asset and Network
Before sending your deposit:
- Select the asset you want to deposit in the Amulets app.
- Tap ADD.
- Select the network you intend to use.
- Copy the deposit address shown in the app.
- In the wallet or exchange you are sending from, select the exact same asset and network.
Supported combinations include:
- Solana: USDT, USDC and SOL
- Ethereum: USDT, USDC and ETH
- Polygon: USDT0 and USDC
- Base: USDT, USDC and ETH
- BNB Chain (BSC): USDT, USDC and BNB
- Bitcoin: BTC
- Stellar: USDC and XLM
Always rely on the asset and network options currently displayed in the Amulets app before initiating a transfer.
Step 2 — Check the Deposit Address
Make sure the destination address exactly matches the Amulets deposit address shown for the selected asset and network.
Even a single incorrect character may result in irreversible loss of funds.
Do not assume that the same address or network can be used for every asset.
Stellar Deposit Options
When you select Stellar, use the deposit option displayed in the Amulets app.
Memo required
Copy both the classic Stellar address and the memo. Enter the memo exactly as displayed.
Muxed
Copy the Muxed address displayed in the app. The identification is embedded in the address, so a separate memo is not required.
Step 3 — Check Network Fees
The wallet or exchange you are sending from may require the native asset of the selected network to pay blockchain transaction fees.
For example:
- Solana transactions generally require SOL.
- Ethereum and Base transactions generally require ETH.
- Polygon transactions generally require POL.
- BNB Chain transactions generally require BNB.
- Bitcoin fees are handled according to the sending wallet or exchange.
POL may be required to pay network fees on Polygon, but POL itself is not a supported deposit asset on Amulets.
Step 4 — Check the Minimum Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts depend on the asset and network selected.
Before sending funds, check the current minimum deposit in the Amulets fees and limits overview.
Deposits below the applicable minimum may not be credited.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Before confirming your transfer, make sure you are not:
- Using a network that does not match the network selected in the Amulets app.
- Sending an unsupported asset.
- Sending an asset on an unsupported network.
- Entering an incorrect deposit address.
- Sending an amount below the applicable minimum deposit.
- Assuming that an asset supported on one network is automatically supported on another.
- Omitting or entering an incorrect memo when using the Memo required option.
- Adding a separate memo when using the Muxed option.
- Using destination details that do not match the Stellar option displayed in the Amulets app.
