You can withdraw any supported asset from your Amulets wallet to any external wallet or exchange that supports the network that you are using.
Before You Withdraw
Make sure everything is correct to avoid delays or loss of funds:
- Recipient address: Double-check the address character by character
Incorrect network selection or a typo in the address can result in irreversible loss of funds.
How to Withdraw
- Open the Amulets app
- Tap Home
- Select Send Crypto
- Choose BTC, SOL, ETH, BNB USDT or USDC
- Select the Network
- Select the amount
- Enter the recipient wallet address
- Review the transfer details
- Confirm the withdrawal
Your transaction will be broadcast to the Solana network immediately.
Fees
Solana network fees are very low.
- Amulets service fee: A fixed service fee of US$1-5 is applied to every withdrawal
Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level:
- Daily limit: Displayed inside the app
- Per-transaction limit: Shown before confirming the withdrawal
- High-value withdrawals: May require additional security checks
Limits may vary based on risk analysis, KYT score, and transaction history.
Timing
- Most blockchain confirmations occur within 5–20 seconds
- Network congestion can increase confirmation time
- Large withdrawals may trigger additional compliance reviews
- The receiving wallet or exchange may take extra time to update your balance
In total, the withdrawal process may take between 8 and 24 hours depending on volume, compliance checks, and third-party systems.
If Your Withdrawal Is Pending
Common reasons include:
- Network congestion
- KYT (anti-money laundering) checks
- Incorrect or flagged destination address
- Risk mitigation controls
You will be notified inside the app if any action is required.
