At Amulets, eligible purchases made with your card may generate Cryptoback rewards.
Cryptoback is our cashback program that returns a percentage of the value of an eligible purchase to your Amulets account.
Instead of traditional loyalty points, Amulets distributes Cryptoback rewards in native Solana (SOL), allowing users to accumulate SOL while using their card for everyday payments.
All Cryptoback rewards are paid in native Solana (SOL). Rewards may appear as pending before they become available in your wallet.
How Cryptoback Works
Eligible rewards generally follow the process below:
You make a purchase using your Amulets Card.
The transaction is processed through the payment network.
If the purchase is eligible, a percentage of the transaction value is allocated as Cryptoback.
The reward first appears as pending in the Rewards section of the app.
Once the transaction is settled and validated, the reward becomes available in native SOL in your Amulets wallet.
This process allows Amulets and its financial partners to verify the transaction and ensure the reward is issued accurately and securely.
Cryptoback Levels
Your Cryptoback rate is based on your total eligible card spending during the previous calendar month.
On the first day of each month, Amulets reviews your previous month’s eligible spending and automatically assigns your Cryptoback tier for the new month. Once assigned, your Cryptoback rate remains fixed for the entire month.
Cryptoback thresholds are reviewed at the beginning of each month. Your rate may go up or down depending on your eligible spending during the previous month.
| Previous Month Eligible Spend | Cryptoback Rate |
|---|---|
| Up to US$400 | 0.5% Cryptoback in SOL |
| US$401 to US$999 | 0.75% Cryptoback in SOL |
| US$1,000+ | 1.0% Cryptoback in SOL |
| Promotional campaigns | Up to 3% Cryptoback in SOL |
Promotional Cryptoback rates may be offered temporarily as part of campaigns, merchant partnerships, or other initiatives launched by Amulets. Promotional rewards may apply only to selected purchases, during limited periods, and under specific terms.
Why Rewards Appear as Pending
Cryptoback rewards may initially appear as pending because the underlying card transaction must complete the settlement and validation process.
Settlement generally occurs after the merchant finalizes the payment through the card network. Once settlement is completed and the transaction remains eligible, the reward is released and becomes available in your wallet.
Reward Adjustments and Reversals
In certain situations, Amulets may cancel, reverse, withhold, or adjust Cryptoback rewards that were previously granted or shown as pending.
This may occur in cases including, but not limited to:
Refunded purchases.
Chargebacks or payment disputes.
Canceled, reversed, or declined transactions.
Transactions later determined to be ineligible for Cryptoback.
Errors in calculation, processing, or reward attribution.
Situations involving suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violations of Amulets’ Terms of Use or compliance requirements.
If a Cryptoback reward has already been credited and the related transaction is later refunded, reversed, disputed, canceled, or found to be ineligible, Amulets reserves the right to deduct the corresponding reward amount from the user’s reward balance, wallet balance, or future rewards, as applicable.
Amulets also reserves the right to delay the release of rewards, deny rewards, or make any necessary corrections where required for operational, risk, legal, or compliance reasons.
Eligibility and Limitations
Cryptoback applies only to eligible transactions.
Some transaction types may be excluded from rewards under program rules, partner requirements, or applicable compliance controls.
Promotional campaigns may have separate eligibility rules, maximum caps, merchant limitations, or validity periods.
Amulets may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cryptoback rates, thresholds, or campaign terms at any time, subject to applicable law and partner requirements.
