• Managing Your Virtual Card

Your Amulets Virtual Card gives you fast and secure access to payments anywhere Visa is accepted. Below you’ll learn how to manage your card settings, protect your information, and control your spending directly from the app.

What you can do:

Block or Unblock Your Virtual Card

If you suspect unusual activity or want to temporarily pause your card, you can freeze it instantly.

1. Open the Amulets app
2. Go to Card
3. Select your Virtual Card
4. Tap Block

When blocked, all transactions will be declined until you manually unblock it. To reactivate your card, simply tap Unfreeze — the change is instant.

What you can do:

View Your Card Details Securely

For your protection, full card details (expiration date and CVV) are hidden by default.

1. Open the Amulets app
2. Go to Card
3. Tap Card Details
4. Authenticate using biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint)

Your card information will be displayed briefly and will automatically hide again for security.

When Should You Block Your Card?

Blocking is recommended if:

• You lost your phone or suspect unauthorized access
• You noticed unusual or unrecognized transactions
• You want to temporarily pause online purchases
• You want additional security before traveling or making large purchases
