Identity verification (KYC) is required when applying for the Amulets Card.
KYC is not required simply to use the other Amulets features available to your account.
When will I need to complete KYC?
You will be asked to complete identity verification when Amulets Card application becomes available for your account and you start the card application flow.
If the card is not yet available for your account, you do not need to complete card KYC yet.
How the KYC process works
When you apply for the Amulets Card:
- Start the card application in the Amulets app.
- Follow the identity verification instructions.
- Provide one of the accepted government-issued identity documents shown in the verification flow.
- Complete the requested selfie and liveness check.
- Submit the information for review.
- Wait for confirmation.
Identity verification is conducted using Amulets' verification provider.
Accepted documents
The exact documents available depend on your country and the options displayed in the verification flow.
Use only a valid, unexpired document accepted by the app.
Review time
Most verifications are processed automatically.
Some applications may require additional review. If more information or a clearer image is required, follow the instructions provided by Amulets.
Completing KYC does not guarantee card approval. Card eligibility remains subject to Amulets' compliance and risk requirements.
